Boiler Servicing
A regular boiler service is important to ensure your boiler is working efficiently and safely, and to prevent an unwanted boiler breakdown and boiler repairs.
In addition to boiler maintenance, we also carry out full gas safety checks, and can supply a gas safety certificate or energy efficiency certificate on request. If you are a landlord renting out a property we can supply a landlord certificate.
We also highly recommend our power-flushing service, that cleans your whole central heating system and greatly improves its efficiency and help reduce bills.

Landlord Certificates
As a Landlord in the UK you have a legal responsibility to ensure that any gas and electrical installations in your rented properties are safe. This includes having a gas safety check done every 12 months and keeping an up-to-date gas safety record.
